Das Hotel befindet sich in der Hauptstraße, welche zum Stadtzentrum führt. Die Serra da Estrela liegt ca. 20 km vom Hotel entfernt. Das im Jahr 2003 eröffnete Mittelklassehotel verfügt auf 4 Stockwerken über insgesamt 104 Zimmer und Suiten. Ihnen wird eine Empfangshalle mit Rezeption (24 Stunden besetzt) und Aufzug geboten. Des Weiteren befinden sich im Hotel Bar, Diskothek, Spielzimmer, Restaurant und Konferenzraum. Alle Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit Bad/Dusche/WC, Klimaanlage, Direktwahltelefon, Minibar, TV, Radio und Doppel- oder Kingsize-Bett. Die Heizung und die Klimaanlage werden zentral reguliert. - If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
