This comfortable hotel is located in Lido di Jesolo, a short walk from the town center and just 150 meters from the beach. Guests can easily access numerous local attractions, as well as a golf course within 5 kilometers. The hotel, renovated in 1994, offers 18 accommodation units and convenient on-site parking (by payment). Wi-Fi is available in public areas. While the hotel does not have 24-hour reception, it does provide an airport shuttle service for easy transport (35 km) by payment. Guests are asked to communicate their arrival time at least 3 days in advance by emailing info@hotelute. com. Please note that beach service, including one umbrella and two sunbeds, is not included in the room rate and is available at an additional cost during the summer season. Small pets are welcome, and common areas are accessible to guests with disabilities. A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
