This charming hotel is situated directly beside the sea on the south coast of Madeira, just 50 m from the wonderful beach. From its cosy rooms guests can enjoy stunning view over the crystal blue Atlantic as well as of the picturesque village of Ponta do Sol. The surrounding area houses a number of shopping facilities and entertainment venues, while the coffee shops and bars that line the promenade are the perfect final destination for a leisurely evening stroll. - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
