La situación del hotel es privilegiada: se encuentra a pie de playa sobre la arena dorada de Porto Santo y junto a la ciudad Vila Baleira, permitiendo acceder caminando tanto al centro urbano como a la playa. El edificio conserva una histórica torre que fue parte de una antigua fábrica, integrando el pasado en el diseño actual, y dispone de amplias zonas ajardinadas y terrazas para disfrutar del clima y el paisaje.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).
- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.
- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
