O Verdelago Resort é o único resort natural de 5 estrelas construído na costa do Algarve Oriental. Entre Altura e Praia Verde, o resort estende-se por uma área de mais de 80 hectares, em completa harmonia com a natureza e com acesso direto à praia. O Verdelago Resort é um projeto de baixa densidade construtiva (8,7%), onde todas as decisões consideram o menor impacto ambiental possível e a plena defesa e preservação da biodiversidade local. É também o primeiro resort turístico do país a obter a Certificação Green Globe desde a fase inicial de construção, com a sustentabilidade como prioridade em todas as operações.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
