Historic palace dating the 15th century. It offers 26 rooms and junior suites in the heart of Venice, next to the Piazza San Marco. The rooms have hydromassage bathtub or shower (depending on the kind of room) and all the comforts to provide the clients with an unforgettable stay in a monumental building. Smoking in the whole building is not allowed. 4 eur City tax per person and night, direct payment at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
