The hotel is located on Lido Island, only a few steps from the water bus stop to Venice. The air-conditioned complex has a fantastic position and is a typical old villa recently restored with 19 suites stylishly furnished and equipped with all facilities. There is a magnificent breakfast room facing St Mark's Square. Further facilities include a reception area with 24-hour service and lift access. Laundry service is also available. The rooms are equipped with private bath/shower, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, and safe. Every suite has a double bedroom (or twin on request), living room with double sofa bed and a cooking area with a fridge, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Continental breakfast, hot drinks served at guests' table and a rich self-service buffet.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
