A complex of modern apartments located near Ca Doro, a 10-minute walking from the famous Rialto Bridge, 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 200 meters from the Ariel Silva Hotel. The Santa Lucia train station is also nearby. The apartments are less than 100 meters from Il Canal Grande, where the Vaporetto stops and they can be taken to go anywhere in Venice and the surrounding islands. The apartments can accommodate among 2 6 people, furnished with one or two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a complete bathroom with hairdryer. All the apartments have TV, air conditioning and heating and you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. Guests can use the baggage deposit of Hoter Ariel Silva, where they also will do the Check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
