Located on the front line of El Cargador Beach and 550 metres from the centre of Alcossebre, this complex is located in a quiet area with several beaches nearby for the enjoyment of customers. Among the many facilities you will find a garden area with hammocks where you can relax in the sun or take a bath in the swimming pools: one for adults and another shallow one for children. In the Sky bar located on the top floor of the building you will find a swimming pool, a bar, hammocks and Balinese beds with unbeatable views over the beach, the Mediterranean and the town of Alcossebre. The common areas provide a covered garage and two lounge. The building consists of 90 fully equipped apartments, the majority of which have two bedrooms with a capacity of 3/5. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
