Der im Jahr 2001 renovierte Apartmentkomplex liegt zentral in der touristischen Ortschaft Costa Adeje. Das Einkaufszentrum Gran Sur mit einem großen Supermarkt, Kinos, Restaurants und Geschäften ist nur 500 m von der Anlage entfernt. In 300 m Entfernung befindet sich ein Spa, das eine Vielzahl von Behandlungen anbietet. Die Anlage ist von exotischen Gärten umgeben und bietet eine Snack-Bar, eine Pool-Bar und ein À-la-carte-Restaurant. Zudem gibt es einen Spielplatz und ein Spielzimmer. Die zweckmäßig eingerichteten Zimmer sind mit Bad, Küche und Balkon ausgestattet. In der Außenanlage befinden sich eine Liegewiese, ein Hauptpool, ein Kinderbecken und ein beheizter Pool (nur im Winter geöffnet). Sportbegeisterte können im Fitnessstudio trainieren oder eine Partie Badminton spielen. Jeden Morgen wird ein Frühstück angeboten. Abends werden À-la-carte-Gerichte serviert.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
