Son Bou Gardens is a well-established apartment complex ideal for families with children, built in a classic Mediterranean style. Situated in the lower part of San Jaime, the complex is a short walk from the shops and Son Bou beach. The apartments are nestled within spacious lawned gardens and feature multiple pools. The 420 apartments are divided into three zones, each with its own pool, all accessible to guests regardless of their designated zone. Guests using the pools may be asked to make a purchase at the adjoining snack bar (drinks, food, sunbed, or parasol rental). Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
