Das Hotel ist etwa 250 m vom Strand von Levante entfernt. Das Touristenzentrum mit Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants erreicht man nach wenigen Metern. Ein Anschluss an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. In das Zentrum von Benidorm gelangt man nach ca. 20 min Fahrzeit.Das gastfreundliche und ruhig gelegene Strandhotel verfügt auf 10 Etagen über insgesamt 195 Zimmer, davon 9 Einzel- und 186 Doppelzimmer. Zur Ausstattung gehören eine Empfangshalle mit 24 h Rezeption mit Hotelsafe, Wechselstube und weiteren Serviceleistungen. Des Weiteren gibt es eine Bar mit geräumiger Terrasse, die Bar El Celler mit Live-Musik-Programm, ein klimatisiertes Buffet-Restaurant mit Kinderhochstühlen, einen TV-Raum sowie Internetterminals (Gebühr). - The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
