Verdelago Resort es el único resort natural de 5 estrellas construido en la costa oriental del Algarve. Entre Altura y Praia Verde, el resort se extiende sobre una superficie de más de 80 hectáreas, en total armonía con la naturaleza y con acceso directo a la playa. Verdelago Resort es un proyecto con baja densidad constructiva (8,7%), donde todas las decisiones tienen en cuenta el menor impacto ambiental posible y la plena defensa y mantenimiento de la biodiversidad local. Además, es el primer complejo turístico del país en obtener la Certificación Green Globe desde la fase inicial de construcción, priorizando la sostenibilidad en todas sus operaciones.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
