Este establecimiento se encuentra en una tranquila zona verde próxima al río Nabão, en el centro de la ciudad de Tomar y muy cerca de restaurantes y edificios históricos, como el Convento de Cristo, declarado patrimonio de la humanidad por la UNESCO. Sus 117 habitaciones de un estilo clásico son luminosas y elegantes y ofrecen unas espectaculares vistas panorámicas. Todas las habitaciones y suites están equipadas con baño privado con luz natural, aire acondicionado y wifi. Este hotel organiza diferentes eventos temáticos, como cenas medievales o palaciegas. Las personas que viajan por trabajo pueden sacar partido de las 14 salas de reuniones y de la gran sala con luz natural que se utiliza para banquetes, congresos y exposiciones. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
