Granada Five Senses Rooms & Suites, is located right in the historical centre of Granada, within walking distance of the Cathedral and the Albayzín quarter with La Alhambra. La Alhambra, Generalife and the Albayzín quarter were declared as World Heritage by UNESCO in 1984, due to the rich examples of Moorish architecture. On-site facilities include a restaurant, cafeteria, Internet Point, meeting facilities, a TV room and laundry service. The property features 85 rooms with ensuite bathroom and hairdryer.The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet connection, satellite TV, telephone and safe. Standard double rooms have a mini-fridge for guests to use. These can also be filled with drinks, the price of which must be consulted and paid at reception.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
