An amazing location nearby the city centre and the green Vondelpark. The hotel is located at the Overtoom 13-17 in the former timber trade ‘Houthandel van de Vijsel’ since the 19th century. The melt of industry and craftmanship is still tangible in the powerful building. Original elements of wood are rebuilt after the renovation into a unique hotel. Obviously, wood is central and the luxurious rooms radiates the wooden elements combined with vintage details from the 19th century.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
