Located on the Lido of Venice, a strip of land between the sea and the lagoon, in the most ancient area of the city, this historical house is a fourteenth century palace, that combines antique venetian furnitures and Murano glass chandeliers, with all the modern comforts, as flat screen tv, minibar and free wi-fi internet connection. Breakfast is a rich buffet of sweet and savory products, that the Guests can enjoy in the beautiful breakfast room or outside in the garden. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Lido Vaporetti station, every morning from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. From there, the public boats reach Saint Mark's square in 12 minutes. The Guests get a welcome discount in the restaurant 'La Piscina' of our partner hotel, not far.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
