Centrally located Hostal Felipe 2 is situated in a Modernist building just off Diagonal Avenue, less than 5 minutes' walk from Verdaguer Metro Station and only 10 mins walk from Sagrada Familia.All rooms have a flat screen TV, a wooden flooring and either a private or a shared bathroom. Some have balconies. The majority of the rooms have air conditioning/heating. Bed sheets and towels are included, as well as cleaning every second day. There is free Wi-Fi in all the premises. The common area also has computers with internet available for guest use from 6 to 10 pm. In the reception there is a safe and guests can leave their luggage if needed. Every room is a pair of keys and there is no curfew for coming back at night.The reception is open from 10 to 22 and we kindly ask our guests arriving after 22:00 to call us or email us with corresponding subject tto arrange their late check ins.

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
