Located in Playa de las Américas, this resort has the perfect ambience for parents with children. The resort was modernized in 2018. Guests receive a warm welcome at the resort. 61 junior suites, 16 suites and 342 double rooms are available. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Services and facilities include a babysitting service on request, room service, a hairdresser, 5 conference rooms and a lounge. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike rental service as well. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be reserved. The resort has 419 non-smoking rooms.

Política de cancelación:

- La solicitud de cancelación cuando se envía por correo electrónico debe realizarse antes de las 18:00, después de esa hora solo se considerará el siguiente día hábil.

- Si ya ha efectuado el pago total antes de la fecha en la que ha realizado la cancelación, se le devolverá el 95 % del importe, y el restante 5 % se transformará en crédito que podrá utilizar en una futura reserva. El plazo máximo para la utilización del crédito es de 60 días contados desde la fecha de la primera cancelación.

- Los depósitos del 1 % no son reembolsables ni pueden ser utilizados en futuras reservas.

- Los depósitos del 5 % no son reembolsables mas pueden ser utilizados en futuras reservas. El plazo máximo para la utilización del crédito es de 60 días contados desde la fecha de la primera cancelación.

- No existe la posibilidad de cancelación en el caso de tarifas no reembolsables.
